The project must be set up in Maharashtra.

Applicable anywhere in Maharashtra.

Special Capital Incentives are limited to:

• Zone 1: Vidarbha and Marathwada.
• Zone 2: Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Dhule, Nandurbar and other D/D+ areas.
• Zone 3:All other areas.

FSI and premium benefits: Zone 1 – no premium; Zone 2 – 10%; Zone 3 – 15%.

Capital Subsidy: 10%-20% of investment.

Maximum amount:₹1 crore to ₹40 crore, depending on the park category.

Covered categories:Small, Large, Mega, Ultra-Mega Logistics Parks and Truck Terminals.

Disbursement period:1 to 5 years.

Availability limit: First 50-100 parks, subject to a maximum of 2-4 parks per district.

Capital Subsidy: 10%-20% of investment, capped at ₹1-40 crore.

Interest Subsidy:2%-3% p.a., capped at ₹50-75 lakh per year for 5 years.

Stamp Duty Exemption:50%-75%.

Technology Adoption Grant:25% reimbursement, capped at ₹100 lakh.

Road Tax Exemption:100% on electric or hybrid cargo vehicles.

Non-financial incentives: Higher FSI up to 5.0, higher ground coverage up to 75%, and zoning relaxation.
